1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a Uless account or using our discount platform, you hereby agree that you have read, understand, and accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

These terms of use may be updated from time to time in order to adapt to changes in our services or legal obligations. The updates shall become effective upon posting to this page.

Your continued use of Uless after publication of such updates is considered as your acceptance of the updated Terms. In case of disagreement with such changes, you are always free to close your account.

2. Eligibility & Account Terms

Uless is designed especially for enrolled students. To be able to make and maintain an active account, the following requirements should be met:

• Be a natural person at least 16 years old (with parent or legal guardian authorization if under 18).
• Be currently enrolled as a student (full-time or part-time) at an accredited high school, college, or university.
• Maintain only **one (1) personal account** on Uless. Creating duplicate accounts is not permitted.
• Ensure that your account credentials remain private and report any instances of unauthorized access to us immediately by contacting us at: support@uless.co if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Student Verification & Audit Rights

The only way to access exclusive offers for students is by confirming your current student status through:

• You must provide accurate information, such as an official institutional email (.edu or its equivalent) or valid enrollment proof (student ID card, transcripts or class schedule).
• Uless reserves the right to review and verify any documentation submitted during the sign-up or audit process.
• Submitting altered, expired, or stolen documentation to claim discounts is strictly prohibited.
• Accounts found using fraudulent documentation will be suspended or permanently closed.
• Verification status is renewed periodically (usually on an annual basis) to confirm active enrollment.

4. Prohibited Code-Sharing & Discount Abuse

The discounts listed on Uless are negotiated for individual student use. You agree to follow these redemption guidelines:

• Promo codes, links, and unique coupon tokens are **non-transferable**.
• You may not resell, trade, post publicly, or share student-only discount codes with non-students.
• Automated extraction of the codes using scrapers, bots, and automated tools from Uless will lead to immediate account suspension.

5. Third-Party Brand Partnerships and Transactions

Uless gathers all the discounts for you and redirects you to their brand partners' websites to make transactions.

• We do not manufacture, package, ship, or process payments for products purchased from brand partners. All orders happen directly on merchant websites.
• We do not guarantee merchant stock levels, delivery times, or specific product warranties.
• For returns, order tracking, exchanges, or product inquiries, please contact the merchant partner directly. Uless cannot process returns or issue product refunds on behalf of third-party stores.
• Uless is not responsible for merchant shipping delays, fulfillment errors, or dispute scenarios between you and the brand vendor.

6. Affiliate Commission & Duration of Return Policy

Uless works as an affiliate site. In case you make a purchase via a discount code or link available on our site, we get a commission from that partner brand without any extra cost to you.

• Commissions are earned only on completed orders that remain uncancelled and unreturned through the merchant's return window.
• Refunding or returning a purchase cancels any associated referral commission. This does not affect your standard consumer return rights with the merchant.
• This commission structure enables us to ensure that Uless remains free for all students and constantly adds more brand partnerships.

7. User Behavior & Support Systems

While using Uless, our support desk, or our AI assistance tools, you agree to:

• Refrain from automated scraping, bot traffic, or overloading our servers.
• Avoid uploading malicious files, virus scripts, or abusive text to support tickets or chat tools.
• Maintain respectful communication with customer support team members and automated tools.

8. Intellectual Property

The Uless logo, software code, graphics, platform functions, and website information constitute protected intellectual property of Uless.

Merchants' logos and brands are owned by the corporate owners of those merchants and are used purely to index the student discounts offered.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Uless is offered "as is" and "as available". Despite efforts to ensure accuracy, the discounts offered by merchants may be subject to changes or termination without notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

Except for cases where Uless cannot limit or exclude its liabilities according to law, Uless shall have no liability to the user for any indirect or incidental damage resulting from using the platform or ordering products/services from the merchants. The liability is limited to $50 or the amount received by Uless directly from the customer.

11. Applicable Law & Court Jurisdiction

Uless operates under the legal framework of the United States. Any formal disagreements or claims relating to your use of the platform will be filed and resolved exclusively in applicable state or federal courts.
